Payment needs to be made prior to departure. We accept all major credit cards. We do require a credit card number for security of the booking although your card will not be charged until your arrival or departure.
On line reservations require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. Cancellations up to seven days before the booked date incur no fee. After this time a charge may be incurred.
All direct booking payments processed through our payment Gateway Stripe, are non-refundable due to commission fees and credit card charges taken by the bank at the time of booking. If you think you may need to cancel your booking then select “Make payment at motel”. If after making a payment and a cancellation is requested, then we can offer you a change of date or a credit for another time with the same Summer/Winter Rate.
Any change in reservation terms will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to the availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approves and are able to relet the booked accommodation.
